Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled  “ Account Manager ” will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. They serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to expand the business relationship. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and develop tailored solutions to meet the client's evolving needs.

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned client accounts, including regular communication, providing status updates, and addressing any issues or concerns
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, goals, and challenges in order to provide strategic and consultative support
• Identify new product/service needs and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within the client base
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Proactively monitor client accounts, anticipate needs, and propose solutions to drive growth and retention
• Prepare and present periodic business reviews, highlighting key performance metrics and recommended strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account activity in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed established revenue, retention, and growth targets for the assigned accounts

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in an account management, client services, or sales role ( Banking background or Fintech )
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Proficient in using CRM and other client management software
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
