Project Delivery Specialist

We are hiring a project delivery specialist who plays a crucial role in overseeing project activities, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining effective communication, and driving project success through efficient coordination and collaboration.

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing project activities to ensure successful completion within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Effective communication and collaboration are essential for providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment among all parties involved.
• Maintains accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. They track project metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that the right people with the necessary skills and expertise are assigned to project tasks. They monitor resource availability, track project expenses, and contribute to budget management.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements. They conduct quality checks, perform audits, and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary.
• Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating team collaboration. They foster a positive team environment and support team members in achieving project objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in project management
• Background of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the Fintech industry preferred
