Senior Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. Will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the process of implementing our software solutions. His primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and successful transition for clients from the initial setup to full deployment of our products.

• Setup, configure, customize and install systems.
• Implement services on all modules.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Execute tests and analyze test results. Identify and report defects, track their progress, and collaborate with the testing team to resolve issues.
• Ensure documenting all the technical workflows across all stages of implementation.
• Work with vendors across all stages of implementation from initiation to faults free deployment.
• Provide guidance, recommendations, and solutions throughout the entire implementation process.
• Conduct UAT, and test and troubleshoot final system setups.
• Kick off pilot phases of implemented services and manage any technical issues after production.
• Build a knowledge base for implemented solutions.
• Develop and maintain implementation best practices and document procedures and standards.
• Conduct analysis and performance reporting to ensure the effectiveness of implemented modules as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably engineering)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Basic knowledge of database, SQL,UNIX/LINUX
• Financial services background is preferred.
