We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the setup, configuration, and testing of our systems to ensure successful implementation. The primary focus will be on supporting service rollouts, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with the QA team to address any technical issues, ultimately ensuring a smooth transition for users from initial setup to full deployment.
- Lead the setup, configuration, customization, and installation of complex systems.
- Implement services across all modules with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test scripts using appropriate tools and automation frameworks.
- Execute detailed testing, analyze results, identify defects, track their resolution, and coordinate closely with the testing team.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all technical workflows throughout each stage of the implementation process.
- Collaborate with vendors throughout the full implementation lifecycle — from planning to fault-free deployment.
- Provide expert guidance, practical recommendations, and solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct UAT, perform final system testing, and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
- Lead pilot phases for deployed services and manage any technical challenges after go-live.
- Build and expand a robust knowledge base for all implemented solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance implementation best practices, procedures, and technical standards.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed modules when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in software integration, implementation, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, PostgreSQL and Linux environments.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
