Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all project goals are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.

• Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirement
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies
•  Responsible for project deliverables to the customer and owning the customer acceptance singing off the project completion

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the Fintech industry preferred 
• Oriented with Agile processes and procedures
