Software Testing Team Lead

We are looking for QC Team Leader, who will lead a team of testers, manage manual and automation testing activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality products. Who will coordinate QC efforts, drive process improvements, and serve as a key point of contact between QC and other teams.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for projects.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop test strategies, automation roadmaps, and quality metrics.
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices in manual and automation testing.
• Review test artifacts and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QC team.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams.
• Report QC status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in QC with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience in payment industry is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ISTQB certification(s) is a plus.
